The West Wales restaurant Fish and Anchor, Lampeter welcomes you to the dining ‘gem’ of Cardigan Bay.

In its rural location within ‘Ceredigion’ with panoramic views of the Welsh Countryside, we use the best local organic ingredients from that landscape to create our dishes with an exciting menu that boast Organic Welsh Black Beef, Cardigan Bay Sea Bass, Teifi Salmon and locally produced Organic vegetables to create dishes both of the traditional British / Welsh origins but also dishes of a continental influence with a twist of Welsh Organic ingredients. Our fine cellar has some of the world’s most discerning wines, some exclusive to the Fish and Anchor at Lampeter.

Your chef for the evening at the Fish and Anchor, Mike Ciminera has over 20 years industry experience and uses his strong Italian influenced cooking to create dishes with a presentation that will have your taste buds buzzing with anticipation, and the taste of which will have you coming back time and time again!

The Fish and Anchor’s lavish restaurant is the ideal setting for an intimate meal, a family get together, a friends dinner party or a business luncheon.

The Fish and Anchor’s bar area offers Welsh and British Real Ales.

Why not pop in to the Fish and Anchor, Lampeter from 12noon throughout the day except Sundays for the best in dining from locally produced organic produce. We also have a ‘children welcome’ policy with a play area and an ‘al fresco’ eating area in the summer months on our decking area with superb views of the Cardigan Countryside.
